Hi, I’m Harrison, a Maths and Science tutor with a passion for helping students build confidence and reach their full potential.

During my Mechanical Engineering degree, I used Maths and Science every day to solve complex engineering problems. These subjects taught me how to think logically, break down challenging questions and approach problems with confidence: skills that I now enjoy passing on to my students.

I believe that success in Maths and Science comes from understanding concepts rather than simply memorising methods. My lessons focus on building strong foundations, encouraging students to explain their thinking and helping them develop the confidence to tackle unfamiliar questions independently. I create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning from them.

I understand the pressures students face and that everyone learns differently. That’s why I tailor every lesson to each student’s individual needs, whether they’re looking to build confidence, improve their grades, or prepare for important exams.

My goal is not only to help students achieve excellent results but also to develop the problem-solving skills and self-belief that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.
